Why CarltonFX is on the register
According to its website, the office is located in Dubai. We checked the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE), and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and did not find any matching information. In essence, CarltonFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. CarltonFX appears to be a scam.
