KROI Invest SA (kroi-invest.com) presents itself as a Swiss private investment and venture capital firm in Lugano, run by a Swiss-born global investor, and promises absolute discretion. It shows no company number, track record, licence or named team, only an email address. The Swiss regulator FINMA has put the site on its warning list. Its website was built on the Hostinger Horizons site builder. The domain was registered on 19 May 2026. Therefore, KROI Invest SA is a scam.
