According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) and is located in Singapore. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in Bappebti and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In essence, Global Investa Capital Pte. Ltd. is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Global Investa Capital Pte. Ltd. appears to be a scam.
