On March 4, 2024, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA) issued a warning against MGS Finance, stating that this broker is not registered or licensed to provide its services to New Zealand residents.

- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
