Its website displays a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) certificate, and its address is in the United States. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the SEC and National Futures Association (NFA). The truth is that BitExpert Market is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors’money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. BitExpert Market is a scam.
