On 13 March 2024, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) issued a warning against Actaswiss, saying it is not related to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity.

- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
