Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Ocean8FX is on the register
Ocean8FX’s website provides no transparent regulatory information, and notably, it fails to disclose the company’s legal name or valid contact details. The “Contact Us” page is non-functional, further raising red flags about its legitimacy. While the platform’s terms and conditions describe it as an investment firm located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, our search of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines registry revealed no record of Ocean8FX or any associated entity. Moreover, it is important to note that the FSA of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not regulate forex brokers or provide oversight for such financial activities. Ocean8FX is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, it is a scam.
