Why ASFX is on the register
ASFX claims to be owned and operated by a UK-based company ASFX Markets Incorporated. This broker also presents its firm reference number (587072) and its registered company number (FOS23) on the website while not specifically stating the source of the two numbers. Besides, ASFX shows no details of its regulations. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in FCA. The truth is, ASFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
