On 23 March 2022, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) issued a warning that FinCloud is not authorised to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence. - Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
