Why Atlanta Capital Markets is on the register
According to Atlanta Capital Markets’s website, the company claims to be a registered entity; however, our search of the FCA registry revealed no record of its authorization. This indicates that the company is likely conducting financial activities in the UK without proper regulatory approval. Furthermore, the company states on its website that it is regulated by the VFSC. Upon checking the VFSC’s most recent list of licensed entities, we found that Atlanta Capital Markets is not listed. As a result, the regulatory claims made by the company cannot be verified and may be either false or outdated. Therefore, we should mark it as a fraudulent platform.
