Why CircleMarketFx is on the register
CircleMarketFx asserts that it is a forex broker authorized and supervised by multiple financial regulators. However, it fails to provide any concrete details to support these claims, such as license numbers or registered addresses. The platform displays a certificate purportedly issued by the Financial Commission, yet the entity named on the certificate, Bataflip FX, is entirely separate from CircleMarketFx, with no indication of any affiliation between the two. Even more troubling, neither CircleMarketFx nor Bataflip FX appears in the official records of the Financial Commission, further pointing to deceptive and potentially fraudulent practices. In essence, CircleMarketFx is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. CircleMarketFx appears to be a scam.
