Why Invests360 is on the register
Invests360 claims to be owned and operated by INV 360 MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES SRL, a registered company in Romania. However, the Romanian regulator Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiară (ASF) doesn’t regulate forex trading. So Invests360 is currently not regulated or overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.
