Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Global Next Trade is on the register
Global Next Trade does not disclose any regulatory information, providing only a Mexican address and phone number, which suggests the company may be based or registered in Mexico. However, in Mexico, any entity offering financial or investment services must be authorized by the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV). Our search of the CNBV’s public registry found no record of GNT Capital Ltd or any entity associated with Global Next Trade. This strongly indicates that the platform is operating without the required regulatory approval in Mexico and is likely engaging in unauthorized financial activities. As a result, Global Next Trade appears to be a scam.
