Why CH Markets is on the register
CH Markets claims to be operated by CH Markets LTD., a company incorporated under registered number 2023-00076 by the registrar of International Business Companies and registered by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). However, no entries matching this company can be found in the FSRA registry, which means that CH Markets is not subject to FSRA oversight. In essence, CH Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
