3XFX claims to be a licensed broker in Kazakhstan with global offices located in Myanmar, Australia and Japan. First of all, Kazakhstan and Myanmar don’t regulate forex trading. Therefore, this broker is by no means a licensed entity in these two countries. Besides, we didn’t find any results matching this broker from the registries of the Australia regulator ASIC and the Japan regulator FSA. So 3XFX is not overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected. Therefore, it is a scam.
