Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why GDMAX LTD is on the register
The website of GDMAX LTD claims to be licensed by the Financial Services Authority (NFA). This is a ridiculous mistake, indicating that the broker is careless and unprofessional, as NFA actually stands for the National Futures Association. Furthermore, the link they provide to access the NFA actually directs investors to the search page of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN). This mix-up makes GDMAX LTD even more suspicious. Additionally, the website was registered as recently as late June 2024. It appears to have been hastily and poorly created, which is another significant warning sign. In essence, GDMAX LTD is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. GDMAX LTD appears to be a scam.
If you have money with this broker
