Why UAGTrade is on the register
UAGTrade is not a reliable broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. UAGTrade claims it is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates as a Financial Company with the registration number AFZ/OS/1454. However, we did not find any match results to UAGTrade in the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE). That means UAGTrade is not an approved broker to offer financial services in the United Arab Emirates. Besides, UAGTrade claims it has a registered office in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, we did not find any match results to UAGTrade in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading nor regulate forex activities. The truth is UAGTrade is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors’ money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
