PFH MARKETS claims to be a registered entity in two jurisdictions, including the UK Companies House (CH) with registration number 12427084 and Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) with registration number 447 LLC 2020. We did find a result matching this broker in CH, however, CH is the United Kingdom’s registrar of companies, it is not the regulator that approves licenses for the brokers in the UK. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, this broker is not regulated by FCA as no regulatory information of this broker could be found in FCA’s online registry. As for the alleged registration with SVG FSA, it is nothing but a fake statement as we didn’t find any matching results from SVG FSA. Moreover, SVG FSA does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokers nor does it regulate or license international companies engaging in such activities. Therefore, we highly recommend exercising caution when dealing with brokers claiming to be registered with or regulated by SVG FSA as they are actually unregulated. All in all, PFH MARKETS is not regulated by any financial regulators. That means investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
