ProfitableFxMarket claims to be one of the leading platforms in the United States offering binary options, Forex, and spreads, which is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Belize, as well as the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in the above three watchdogs’ registries. Besides, ProfitableFxMarket shows its company address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But we also did not find any match results to this broker in FCA. The truth is, ProfitableFxMarket is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services.
