Why Fenix Funds is on the register
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) blacklisted Fenix Funds as a scam, saying that the broker is targeting people in the UK without its authorization:

- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
