Why Prevail Markets is on the register
Prevail Markets’ website is no longer operational. It was previously claimed to be registered in St. Vincent. While this registration remains valid, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) lacks regulatory authority for forex trading and does not constitute a valid forex license. Furthermore, Prevail Markets does not appear to be authorized by any reputable financial regulator, raising serious concerns about potential fraud.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
