Why Atlas Brokers is on the register

Atlas Brokers does not disclose any regulatory status and currently claims only to be registered in Saint Lucia, with an additional office presence in South Africa. Our investigation confirms that a company named Atlas Prime Ltd. is listed in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, please note that this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial services or forex trading license. Furthermore, a search of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) reveals no record of Atlas Prime Ltd. or any entity linked to Atlas Brokers. This means the firm is not authorized to operate as a broker in South Africa either. In effect, Atlas Brokers holds no legitimate trading license in any jurisdiction and appears to be operating without proper authorization. Therefore, it is a scam.

If you have money with this broker

  1. Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
  2. Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
  3. Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
  4. Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
