Why KPG Prime is on the register
KPG Prime claims it is one of the leading online brokers under strict regulation while not mentioning any details of its regulation. Lacking regulatory info may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always display their certificates and licenses in a prominent place. It is a red flag here. Besides, we found a company named KPG PRIME LTD in the US regulator National Futures Association (NFA). However, this company is also not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved member of this regulator. The truth is that KPG Prime is not overseen by any regulators. Investor’s funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
