Highstone Capital Pty Ltd asserts that it is domiciled in Australia and purports to be registered as an Australian Financial Services Authorised Representative. However, our verification with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) indicates that its Authorised Representative (AR) license has been cancelled. Consequently, its current offerings are unlicensed. In essence, Highstone Capital Pty Ltd is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Highstone Capital Pty Ltd appears to be a scam.
