Why Ico Assets is on the register
On June 22, 2023, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) added Ico Assets to its warning list, stating it does not belong to an entity which has been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities:

- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
