Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Exploreearn is on the register
According to its website, it claims to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). As we all know, these institutions do not have the authority to regulate foreign exchange. It is located in the UK. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). In essence, Exploreearn is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Exploreearn appears to be a scam.
