BrokersView found DS investment is not regulated or not overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.

The UK regulator FCA warned public that this firm may be providing financial services or products in the UK without its authorisation: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/tradixa.

Premium Fx Option said that it is a trading name of Speed Solutions Limited, a regulated company under the International Financial Services Commission (“IFSC”) with authorization number IFSC/60/391/TS/19. Brokersview contacted with Speed Solutions Ltd and they confirmed that the fake broker is not connected with them.

On Nov 23 2020, World Markets’s website was ordered to be blacked out by Italy’s CONSOB: https://www.consob.it/web/consob-and-its-activities/warnings?viewId=ultime_com_tutela.

On 8 Jul 2022, BrokersView found the domain https://www.horsegroup.net/en is not working, as most probably it was suspended and it is always a bad sign that broker’s website is suspended. Horseforex claimed to be regulated by Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC) with license number C118023277. However, We can not find any matching result in Mauritius FSC. Horseforex is not under valid regulation of Mauritius FSC now. It is possible that Horseforex is a scam.
